A Super Simple Beltane Ritual
This is a season of life force. Of beauty. Of claiming.
Beltane invites us to align with our deepest desires and say yes to what’s ready to emerge.
1. Create Your Beltane Altar
Choose a small space—your desk, a windowsill, or the corner of your kitchen table. Add a few elements that reflect what you want to cultivate:
A candle (pink, green, yellow—whatever feels spring-y to you) to represent bringing your deepest dreams to light
Fresh flowers or herbs (like mint, rose, chamomile, or basil) to honor spring’s full bloom
A symbol of what you’re calling in—a crystal, card, object, or word
Write your intention on your candle (you can scratch it in with a pen), light it, take a deep breath, and place your hands over your heart.
2. Ask: What wants to bloom in me now?
Let the question land. You can journal, meditate, or pull a tarot or oracle card for insight.
If you’re not sure how to start, try one of these prompts:
Where am I spending energy hiding rather than nurturing?
What’s the dream I’m afraid to admit—even to myself?
Where in my life or business am I pushing for something I don’t truly want?
What’s one way I could let something bloom this month—with less force, more trust?
What would feel delicious to say yes to right now?
Where am I holding back out of habit, not truth?
If I let my desire lead, what would I do next?
3. Speak It Out Loud
Desire responds to voice.
Speak what you’re calling in. Just one sentence is enough. You might say:
I am ready to bring forth the business that reflects the fullness of who I’ve become.
I say yes to more beauty, more truth, more alignment.
I welcome in the next evolution of my creative life.
The more specific you can be, the more powerful it will be.
4. Close with Embodiment
Move your body—stretch, dance, walk barefoot, shake it out. Let the ritual live in you.
Then snuff out your candle with gratitude, or stay present as until it burns itself out.
Leave your altar up as long as it feels resonant.
You don’t need to have all the answers today.
But listening is a beautiful place to begin.
