I had an idea while drinking my tea this morning, and couldn't wait:

Because here’s the truth: We are in the middle of a coup. And we can’t stand by and watch.
The Trump administration is antithetical to everything Sacred Nature Coaching stands for.
I built this practice to help people create sustainable, thriving lives and businesses—work that feels expansive, aligned, and deeply connected to their purpose.
This administration? It operates on the exact opposite:
❌ Fear and scarcity instead of growth and expansion. It convinces us to hoard power, rather than trust in our ability to create more.
❌ Exploitation over sustainability. From gutting climate protections to attacking workers' rights, it prioritizes short-term gain over long-term well-being.
❌ Force over alignment. Hustle, dominance, and might-makes-right? That’s its whole playbook. We know that’s not how real success works.
❌ Disempowerment instead of sovereignty. It’s actively dismantling personal freedoms—especially for women, marginalized communities, and anyone who challenges its power.
We don’t build thriving businesses this way. And we sure as hell can’t build a thriving democracy this way either.
If the thought of calling your representatives makes you uncomfortable, good. A big part of growth—whether in business or life—is learning how to take aligned action even when it feels uncomfortable.
Honestly? Entrepreneurship is what made it possible for me to finally start making these calls.

Advocating for what matters—no matter who’s listening.

📢 Nervous? Hesitant? Here’s how to make your call smooth and simple.
✅ If your representatives are already speaking out publicly on the right side of history, call anyway! Let them know you see them, you appreciate them, and they need to keep it up. Every call reinforces their stance.
✅ Use headphones or speakerphone so you can read your script easily. No need to memorize anything.
✅ Don’t worry about being perfect. You don’t need the right words—just your voice. Even if you stutter or feel awkward, your call still counts.
✅ No one is expecting a debate. Most of the time, you’re just leaving a message or talking to a staffer who is tallying responses.
✅ Busy line? Try again later—or call a different office. Senators and reps have multiple offices. If one voicemail is full, move on to the next.
✅ Set a reminder to call again. This isn’t a one-and-done situation. We need sustained pressure.
