Stop creating. Start channeling.
Sneakers on. Headphones in. Notes app open.
That’s my ritual lately.
After drop-off, I walk through my neighborhood, down to the little sliver of wooded trail that hugs the creek. The light comes through the leaves in patches. Birds shout their opinions. The brook gurgles under it all like a quiet hum. I loop back home the long way, huffing a bit up the hill.
And I listen.
Because a few months ago, something in me snapped.
I’d been churning out content—AI-polished, SEO-aware, trend-conscious.
It was fast. Efficient. “Smart,” even.
But it didn’t feel good.
It felt like a pent-up yell.
Like I’d been muted, in my own damn business.
Because somewhere along the way, I bought into the lie that visibility mattered more than truth.
So I stopped.
I stopped “creating content.”
And I started channeling wisdom.
These days, I walk and ask Spirit,
“What wants to come through today?”
And sure enough—something does. Always.
It’s slower. Softer. But wildly—it’s easier.
It feels truer. More enticing. And it works.
Not because it’s optimized.
But because it’s honest. Alive. Sacred.
This, to me, is what sacred business looks like.
Not performance. Not pretending.
Just presence.
What would happen if you stopped optimizing your message… and started honoring it instead?
That's just a taste of what I explore with my 1x1 clients, and I have just a few more spaces available for people who'd like to start this summer. If you think one of these might be yours, book now and let's explore.
