Mantras for a Happier Holiday

Popping in a little early this week because the Holi-YAY Harmony Master Class is tonight at 8pm ET, and I'd love to see you there.

The activities are designed to help you tune in to how you want to feel, how you currently feel, and how to bridge the gap. I’ll also be teaching my favorite tools, both for being proactive and to use in the moment when things feel tough.

This class will set you up to have a brighter, more joyful, more present holiday season (and beyond!). You can join us live tonight or purchase a ticket and receive the replay.

I also wanted to share a few tried-and-true mantras for a happier holiday:

  • It's none of my business.

  • That's not mine to carry.

  • I can't change them.

  • That's not my drama.

  • That says more about them than it does about me.

  • I'm not in charge of other people's feelings.

  • I don't have to take that on.

Which most speaks to you? What else would you add?

Wishing you a beautiful week, however you’re celebrating – whether it’s a gathering with loved ones or Chinese food in your PJs while watching When Harry Met Sally. (That sounds sublime, actually – can we all do that some night soon?)

Finally, I can’t end this note without a deep felt thank you. I’m so grateful you invite me into your inbox to share things I think you’ll find interesting, useful, beautiful, or fun. You’re wonderful, and you’re loved. Mean it.

P.p.s. Craving some extra support from someone whose only agenda is helping you feel how you want to feel? I’d love to work with you one-on-one! Book a discovery call so we can chat.
